On July 26th, 2005 the Space Shuttle made its first flight since the Columbia had been destroyed on re-entry two and a half years before. America breathed a collective sigh of relief when the Discovery made a safe landing after a successful mission. It was good to know that we could still conduct an effective space operation. However, there are those who think that space flight is a waste of time, they say that it's just too dangerous and the benefit doesn't make up for the costs (both in dollars and lives). Others believe that we've become lax and because of shoddy workmanship and an untalented labor force, we no longer have what it takes to operate a successful space program.
I would have to disagree. I think the one of the problems is that most people simply have no conception of what it really takes to start a project from nothing and work through its various stages to a successful completion. I'm sorry to say, but the majority of people rarely ever experience a great success. Everything of significance that we have ever accomplished seems impossible at first. But the real winners know that in time, the answers to many of the obstacles will reveal themselves.
And often, it takes a lot of trial and error and mis-steps before you manage to get it right.
Some of you may recall the early days of the space program. Rockets would explode on the launch pad or just seconds after liftoff. Parts failed to do what they were designed to. Delays slowed progress to a crawl. The world didn't know it at the time, but we almost lost John Glen in space when the heat shield that stood between him and scorching re-entry temperatures almost failed. Mission control specialists came up with the solution that saved his life - and probably the space program.
That triumph propelled space exploration forward. But you can't have triumph without some failure. Just a few years later, the space program had its one of its worst moments ever when three brave astronauts lost their lives during a practice session on the launch pad. A fire occurred in the command module, and they couldn't get out in time. Again, there were those who said we should scrap the entire program. Something like "if man were meant to fly, God would have given him wings".
But we bounced back from this tragedy and achieved one of mankind's greatest accomplishments when we put men on the moon.
Then there was Apollo 13 and the Challenger explosion, and now the total breakup of Columbia on re-entry.
Let me repeat myself. You simply can't have triumph without failure. Failure is a vital part of success. If you want to learn how to bring your wealth building to a new level of success, sign up for my Wealth Accumulation program. I guarantee that it will teach you some tax relief strategies you never knew. Applying these tax saving strategies can put thousands back in your pocket.
The safe landing of the Space Shuttle Discovery after 14 days in space raised almost as many questions as it answered. True, we had managed to work out many of the problems that resulted in the loss of the Columbia Spacecraft and its crew. Yet one of the worst problems re-occurred and forced the astronauts to repair the shuttle before attempting to re-enter the earth's atmosphere.
This issue has renewed the discussion, and many people feel that the space program just isn't worth it. Have you ever been faced with a similar situation?
When I announced my decision to attend college and then law school after a less than stellar high school record, my parents thought I had lost my mind. Its not that they weren't supportive of my goals, they just had no prior experience that indicated that I would be successful in such an endeavor.
Maybe you face the same kind of situation with your business or your financial dreams. I found that I could win over most of my skeptics with small, incremental successes. In other words you need to start taking small, intelligent steps in the direction of your goals. With each step you take, you will begin to build momentum toward success that your loved ones can begin to appreciate.
But don't try this on your own. Your first step should toward financial success should be to sign up for my Wealth Accumulation program below. In this program you'll learn how to avoid the pitfalls that face most wealth builders and how to develop a financial success formula with some great tax relief strategies. Then, you'll learn how to fine tune your plan as your small successes turn to larger successes. By then most of your skeptics will become your supporters and they'll start saying things like "I always knew you could do it" and "I never doubted you for a second."
You probably have some antagonists in your own life who would rather spend their time and energy pointing out all your shortcomings than giving you the help you may need. They will try to convince you that you can't achieve your dreams - that's there's no use trying. It is MUCH easier for people like that to critique the work of others than to roll up their sleeves and invest themselves totally in a project. They may never feel the sting of failure, but they will also never know the sweet taste of success. The question is: What's more important to you, believing their pessimistic opinion - or achieving your goals and dream.
To paraphrase one of my mentors: "If you want to achieve great things, inspire people and attain you goals - the hell with what those people think. Just be true to yourself". If you are serious about taking the next important step, sign up below for my Wealth Accumulation program. You'll learn what it takes to forge the vision; foresight and fortitude to accomplish everything you want by learning some great tax relief pointers. Don't let another day pass without coming closer to reaching your goals.
Don't expect to win over all of your critics. Some people just refuse to see real accomplishments, even if it's right in their face. Start getting rid of the negative influences in your life. Delete them from your cell phone and stop taking their calls. Instead, only spend time with those who will help you on the path to success. When you pick up my Wealth Accumulation System, you'll quickly see why one of my early mentors said "If you want to move people and truly inspire them, the heck with what they think. Just live the best life you can and that's all that matters."
Sincerely,
Drew Miles, The tax saving attorney
